I purchased the Cameron White Satin Wedge shoe and they are very beautiful; however, the  "extra padding for comfort" are not comfortable.  You must add padding to the shoe for comfort.  Your money would be better spent on another pair of shoes unless all you're looking for is a pretty pair of shoes.
